Belstaff USA Takes Three Floors at 681 Fifth Ave.

NEW YORK CITY-The luxury retailer has taken three full floors at Metropole Realty Advisors’ 681Fifth Ave., leaving the building nearly full.

NEW YORK CITY-Belstaff USA has signed on for 17,505 square feet of space at 681 Fifth Ave. The building is owned by Metropole Realty Advisors, which is represented by a team from Cushman & Wakefield in its leasing efforts.

Belstaff USA, is a luxury retailer and a subsidiary of Swiss brand Labelux. It will occupy three floors at 681 Fifth Ave. for its showroom and US headquarters–the entire 8th, 9th and 10 floors.
