WOODLAND HILLS, CA-The City Planning Commission has approved a projected $450-million mixed-use development in Woodland Hills. The Village at Westfield Topanga will contain 1 million square feet.

Westfield's development plan was approved in a meeting on Thursday. The project will comprise a 275-room hotel, restaurants, retail shops, a community cultural center and office space.
