CHICAGO-AEW Capital Management, the owner of the 15-story 250 S. Wacker Dr. office building in the West Loop, now is offering it up for sale for a reported $90 million. The Boston-based firm has hired CBRE to market the 245,000-square-foot office, now more than 93% leased.
