AUSTIN, TX-Riverside Resources LLC has selected Rogers-O'Brien Construction to construct an apartment tower at the northeast corner of Brazos and Third streets in downtown Austin. The 17-story apartment building will come up at the old Whitley Printing Co. building site.
The 282,000-square-foot project will comprise 268 multifamily units, 6,000 square feet of restaurant space, 10,000 square feet of commercial space, and five floors of above-ground parking space.
