LOS ANGELES-A lot has changed in Downtown Los Angeles, said John Cushman, co-chairman of Cushman & Wakefield. Commercial real estate developments such as L.A. Live, a growing office population and an increase in multifamily building, have transformed the area, he said. Cushman spoke here with GlobeSt.com's Bob Howard at the recent ULI Fall Meeting.
