Cushman & Wakefield Recruits Three L.A. Professionals

LOS ANGELES-Mike Foley, David Hess, and David Young, all previously with CBRE, join the firm’s industrial services platform to ‘enhance the company’s industrial platform in the Western US region.’

LOS ANGELES-GlobeSt.com exclusively learns that Cushman & Wakefield has added three brokerage professionals to its Greater Los Angeles ranks in a move designed to strengthen and enhance the company’s industrial platform in the Western US region. Mike Foley has been appointed senior director based in the firm’s Long Beach, CA office. David Hess has been appointed senior director based in Downtown Los Angeles, and David Young joins the firm as a senior associate also based Downtown.

All three professionals recently held positions with CB Richard Ellis. CBRE passed on providing GlobeSt.com with a comment at this time.
