EDISON, NJ-Five long-time Mack-Cali Realty Corp. executives have been promoted to senior positions in leasing, marketing and legal departments, the company has announced.

Diane Chayes has been named a first VP of leasing, overseeing the leasing efforts of the company’s 11 million-square-foot Central New Jersey region, including properties in Morris, Monmouth, Mercer, Somerset, Middlesex, Union, and Essex counties. She has been promoted steadily since Mack-Cali in 2000, holding positions in leasing as director, senior director, managing director and, most recently, VP.

Christopher DeLorenzo also has been named a first VP of leasing, responsible for Northern New Jersey, Rockland County, NY and Downtown Manhattan, a 10 million-square-foot portfolio. DeLorenzo joined the company in 1998 and has held positions in leasing as associate director, director, senior director, managing director, and VP.

Ilene Jablonski, formerly senior director of marketing, has been named VP of marketing, responsible for a Mack-Cali’s marketing and public relations activities. She joined the company in 1999 and has held positions in marketing as assistant director and director.

Daniel Wagner, promoted to first VP, senior associate general counsel and assistant secretary, is responsible for a broad range of Mack-Cali’s legal activities, including sales, acquisitions, and financings. Wagner joined the company in 1998, and has held positions in legal as senior associate general counsel and VP.

Gary Wagner, VP and senior associate general counsel, oversees legal activities related to leasing. Wagner joined the Robert Martin Company, a predecessor company of Mack-Cali, in 1989, and has held positions in legal as assistant general counsel, associate general counsel, and senior associate general counsel.
