NEW YORK CITY-T. Schreiber Studio & Theater, an acting school and producer of Off-Off Broadway performances, has signed on for roughly 10,500 square feet of space at 151 W. 26th St.

Cassidy Turley negotiated the lease for the school, which was an expansion of its studio space. The school’s founder and president, Terry Schreiber, said in a prepared statement about the expansion that “we did not want to relocate from our current address,” but that Cassidy Turley was “able to execute on exactly what we asked of them. They understood our needs and now we have a larger space that accommodates our students.”

David Lebenstein, senior managing director and principal of the Cassidy Turley not-for-profit practice group, along with managing director Mark Furst, represented the school. The landlord, Abner Properties, was represented by Louis Prisco of Colliers International.
