LOS ANGELES-Commercial real estate construction loans haven't returned in most sectors, but there is an increase in multifamily lending, said Michael Marino, executive vice president of the Southwest division of Wells Fargo's real estate group. He spoke here recently with GlobeSt.com's Bob Howard.
