SAN FRANCISCO-University of the Pacific has acquired the old Wells Fargo office structure at 155 Fifth St. for $47 million and will set up a new campus in the South of Market district in San Francisco. The university will spend $104 million to renovate the 395,000-square-foot building.
The office building was sold by TMG Partners and Continental Development Corp. The university will house its Arthur A. Dugoni School of Dentistry on five floors. The building is scheduled to opened in mid-2014. For the full story, go to San Francisco Business Times .
