NEW YORK CITY-Related Cos. has secured approximately $200 million to finance construction of an apartment building on Tenth Avenue and West 30th Street. The 30-story apartment tower will come up near Related's Hudson Yards project, which will house Coach Inc.'s new headquarters.
The developer is construction the 400-unit apartment house along with Abington Properties. The property will be constructed under New York State's 80/20 Program. The loan is expected to be closed early next year. For the full story, go to Crain's New York Business .
