CANNES, FRANCE-Consumers in Europe are pulling back because of the debt crisis, but it's hard to tell how that is going to impact the retail real estate industry long term, said Neville Moss, head of retail research in the London office of CB Richard Ellis. He spoke here with GlobeSt.com's Ian Ritter at the recent MAPIC conference.
