WIP Taps JLL To Lease I-78 Clinton Logistics Center

CLINTON, NJ-Plans call for developer Woodmont Industrial Partners to add new loading docks to the now-vacant property at 111 Cokesbury Rd.

CLINTON, NJ-Woodmont Industrial Partners has retained Jones Lang LaSalle to lease, the 729,000-square-foot I-78 Logistics Center located at 111 Cokesbury Road here. In addition, WI Partners has received approvals from Clinton and Lebanon townships to add 36 loading docks and convert the building into a state-of-the-art distribution center, which was built in 1978 and expanded in 1997.

The building had been run by the now-defunct K-B Toys, according to published reports. ”I-78 Logistics Center presents a tremendous opportunity to transform a well-located industrial building into a cutting-edge distribution center for local, regional and national distribution,” says Gene Preston, managing principal of Woodmont Industrial Partners, in a statement. “This building has an ideal location for any number of companies that distribute products throughout the Northeast, and we are confident that the experienced team at Jones Lang LaSalle will identify high-quality tenants for the property.”
