Missions at Rio Vista Condos Change Hands for $77M

SAN DIEGO-Partnerships managed by R&V Management Corp. have acquired 316 of the 464 condos at The Missions at Rio Vista, a 30-building apartment property at 2242 Gill Village Way in Mission Valley, San Diego.

SAN DIEGO-Partnerships managed by R&V Management Corp. have acquired 316 of the 464 condos at The Missions at Rio Vista, a 30-building apartment property at 2242 Gill Village Way in Mission Valley, San Diego. The partnerships, recognized as Missions I LP and The Missions II LP, have paid $77 million for the condos.

The property, constructed in 1999, comprises 91-one bedroom, 202-two bedroom and 23-three bedroom units. In the deal, the seller was represented by Cushman & Wakefield. For the full story, go to The San Diego Metropolitan .
