KANSAS CITY, MO-The Kansas City Star reported that a Kansas City Council committee has approved a plan for an apartment project on the north side of the Country Club Plaza. The $30-million, 46 Penn project was approved by the Planning and Zoning Committee.
As reported by the report, the plan was opposed by the Plaza-Westport Neighborhood Association. The project, to be developed by Price Development Group, will include 188 units on the north side of 46th Street between Pennsylvania Avenue and Washington Street.
