OWINGS MILLS, MD-Douron Commercial Interiors has bought a 100,000-square-foot building at 10 Painters Mill Road in Owings Mills for its corporate headquarters. The company's current corporate headquarters is located at 30 New Plant Court.
The 10 Painters Mills property, situated just off Reisterstown Road, was formerly operated as a manufacturing plant for Givaudan. Douron plans to include a 9,000-square-foot showroom to the property, which was last appraised at $5.8 million. For the full story, go to Baltimore Business Journal .
