NORWALK, CT-CBRE will head up leasing efforts at the Clarion Partners and Marcus Partner’s Merrit 7 Corporate Park, charged with filling up the park’s six office buildings.

EVP Tom Pajolek, senior managing director Robert Caruso and SVPs Steven Greenbush and Ned Burns are in charge of the leasing, with oversight by Marcus Partners.

Pajolek tells GlobeSt.com that the 1.4 million-square-foot, class A buildings offer something for tenants large and small, though they’re known for big names like GE, Ipsos and the Financial Accounting and Standards Board.

“We have a very wide range of offerings,” Pajolek says. “There are six buildings, ranging from the 101 building all the way to the 601 building. And 101 is going to be kind of a boutique building that addresses smaller tenants and smaller tenants’ needs.” Pajolek adds, though, that they have the ability to handle “deals in excess of 60,000 square feet” and everything in between.
