NORTHVALE, NJ—Fillo Foods has signed a long-term full-building lease for the 85,000-square-foot industrial flex facility at 10 Fairway Ct. here, says owner The Hampshire Cos. The Fillo Factory, which produces gourmet, organic and natural foods, will relocate from Demarest, NJ after making “significant” upgrades to the facility.

RAB Electric, a maker of sustainable outdoor lighting fixtures, will occupy 35,000 square feet of the space while Fillo is under construction. “We pride ourselves on aggressively working with our tenants to accommodate their specific needs,” says Michael Harrington, an investment manager of The Hampshire Cos. in a statement. “We look forward to a long-term relationship with Fillo Foods and remain committed to providing quality commercial space in premier locations.”

The asking lease rate was $5.75 per square foot, according to a promotional flyer available through Showcase.com. The building is located in Northvale Industrial Park, a 4.5-acre campus near the Garden State Parkway and Interstate 287.
