Relevent Joins Sister Agencies at 10 Hudson Sq.

NEW YORK CITY-The experimental marketing firm will join four other MDC Partners agencies in the building with the relocation, which will also nearly triple its size.

NEW YORK CITY-Experimental marketing firm Relevent, a division of MDC Partners, has nearly tripled its size in a relocation to Hudson Square. The firm is moving into 10,095 square feet at 10 Hudson Sq., the Trinity Real Estate-owned class A office building also known as 160 Varick St.

With the move, MDC Partners agencies will occupy 111,288 square feet in the 350,000-square-foot building. Studley, which has long represented MDC Partners in 10 Hudson Sq. deals, brokered this deal as well. Trinity Real Estate was represented in-house by Tom Lynch.
