BUFFALO, NY-Clover Management, a developer based in Amherst, is collaborating with Town of Clarence officials on a plan to build a multi-story senior housing apartment on Roll Road located near by Transit Road. The $10-million project will be Clover's first development in Clarence.
The 131-unit complex will include amenities such as exercise and community rooms and special programming for its occupants. The building will have either two stories or three stories and all the units will contain two bedrooms. For the full story, go to Buffalo Business First .
