CHICAGO-Equity Office Properties Trust, a Blackstone-owned company, has signed another company to manage and/or lease about 3.6 million square feet of a recently-acquired portfolio of 10 million square feet of office purchased from Duke Realty in October. Cassidy Turley and Lincoln Property Co. both announced in the past two weeks that they will handle 6.4 million square feet of the portfolio.

Jones Lang LaSalle said in a statement Thursday that it will lease and/or manage 3.6 million square feet of properties in Florida, Chicago and Georgia. In late November, Lincoln said it was awarded contracts to manage 3.3 million square feet in Atlanta. Cassidy Turley is handling properties in Columbus, Minneapolis and Dallas.

In Florida, Equity has asked JLL to mange and lease the five-building Highland Oaks complex in Tampa, Northpoint I, II and IV office buildings in Lake Mary and Celebration Office Centers I and II in Celebration.

For the Chicago area, JLL will lease out Executive Towers I, II and III in Downers Grove, 2275 Cabot Dr. in Lisle, Oakmont Tech Center in Westmont and Atrium II in Arlington Heights.

In Duluth, GA, JLL will handle the six-building office complex at Business Park at Sugarloaf, 6650 Sugarloaf Pkwy., 3805 and 3885 Crestwood Pkwy., 2850 Premiere Pkwy. and Hampton Green Office I. Also included is the leasing at the four-building Huntcrest office complex in Lawrenceville, GA.
