WOODRIDGE, IL-McShane Development Co. said Thursday that it will build Union Pointe, a 100-acre business park that will feature build-to-suit projects. As announced in September, the first property in the park will be the new headquarters for food service supplier Edward Don & Co.

Gallagher and Henry owns this parcel at the northeast corner of Interstate 355 and Interstate 55 here, and has partnered with McShane on the property. Dan Fogarty Jr., VP of the company, tells GlobeSt.com that the site will likely not have speculative development. “The absorption has been phenomenal over the past year, and a lot of people have been kicking tires,” Fogarty says.
