LYONS, IL-A venture including Oak Brook-based Bridge Development Partners LLC and Wanxiang America Real Estate Group LLC has purchased a 312,000-square-foot cold storage facility from United States Cold Storage Inc. The venture has paid $14.3 million for the building located at 8424 W. 47th St. in Lyons.
United State Cold Storage will lease over 148,000 square feet of space in the building. The Bridge venture obtained a $12-million loan from Associated Banc-Corp. to finance the acquisition. Oakbrook Terrace-based NAI Hiffman brokered the sale. For the full story, go to Crain's Chicago Business .
