NEW YORK CITY-Landlord Vornado Realty Trust, which operates and manages over 19 million square feet of office properties in Manhattan, has signed financial firm Guggenheim Partners as its latest tenant at 330 Madison Ave., the New York Observer reported.

The firm will move from its current location at 135 E. 57th St. to the new location, which Vornado’s website lists as having roughly 742,000 rentable square feet. Other tenants there include Jones Lang LaSalle, HSBC Securities and SAC Capital.

A Guggenheim spokesperson confirmed the move to GlobeSt.com, though the firm declined to provide any additional details, such as what prompted the decision. Built in 1963, 330 Madison Ave., however, recently underwent major renovations, including a lobby upgrade earlier this year. The move is anticipated to take place sometime in 2013, after Guggenheim's lease at 135 E. 57th St. expires.
