SOMERSET, NJ-Newmark Knight Frank has been chosen by 270 Davidson Avenue LLC as exclusive leasing agents for the Class A office building at 270 Davidson Ave. here. The vacant, 239,000-square foot Class A facility is the tallest office tower in Somerset County and thus a rare opportunity, says Drew Persson, a principal of Newmark Knight Frank.
“I worked on 265 Davidson Avenue and brought it to 98.5% leased,” Persson tells GlobeSt.com. Persson is working with NKF principal Christopher Olsen on the assignment. “I was getting calls for space I didn’t have.”
