Related, Oxford Choose Contractor for Hudson Yards

NEW YORK CITY-The Related Cos. and Oxford Properties Group have chosen a California-based contractor, Tutor Perini Corp., for the Hudson Yards development, including the residential tower slated to rise south of the site on 30th Street and 10th Avenue.

NEW YORK CITY-Tutor Perini Corp., a California-based contractor, has been tapped by the Related Cos. and Oxford Properties Group as the contractor for the Hudson Yards development.

Along with the recent JV restaurateur Danny Meyer’s Union Square Events formed with Related, momentum seems to be pointing to the project getting off of the ground this year as scheduled.
