NEW YORK CITY-Jones Lang LaSalle has racked up 25,274 square feet of leases at SL Green Realty’s 120 W. 45th St., also known as Tower 45.

The building’s owner was represented by JLL vice chairmen Paul Glickman and Frank Doyle, senior vice presidents Diana Biasotti and David Kleiner and vice president Jonathan Tootell. The two tenants—DeVry College of New York and investment firm Horton Point, were represented by Newmark Knight Frank director Erica Rubenstein and the Vortex Group principal Jordan Mandel, respectively.

DeVry signed a 10-year lease expansion and extension for 19,397 square feet of space and Horton Point, new in the building, signed on for 5,877 square feet.

“For the last deal that we did Horton Point, a big draw for them was that it was built space—it was available immediately and they didn’t have to sacrifice visibility with their clients,” JLL’s Biasotti tells GlobeSt.com. She adds that the location was a factor for DeVry, whose students come to the school from different points around the Metro New York area.

“You’ve got ten subway lines right there and there is very easy access to Penn, Port Authority as well as Grand Central, which is just a quick walk down the block. I know that was a big concern to make sure that all of their clients and employees could get very easily to the building,” she says. “In other amenities, we have the Bobby Van’s Grill, which has an outdoor caf
