NEW YORK CITY-The Feil Organization will retain ad agency TBWA Worldwide as a tenant at 488 Madison Ave., its 447,000-square-foot, 24-story property overlooking St. Patrick’s Cathedral.
The agency, a unit of Omnicom Group, manages a portfolio of advertising, media and communications companies and occupies 107,308 square feet on floors four through seven of the building. The company has been in the building for nearly 15 years, according to a statement from the Feil Organization, which declined to comment further.
"The Feil Organization is extremely pleased to retain TBWA Worldwide as our tenant," said David Turino, director of Leasing at the Feil Organization in a prepared statement. "In an era when many of the large advertising and marketing agencies have moved away from Madison Avenue, TBWA Worldwide has maintained their space at 488 Madison Avenue for almost 15 years. We couldn't be happier to announce the continuation of this relationship."
Brian Feil and David Turino represented the Feil Organization in-house and Lee Feld of Feld Real Estate represented TBWA Worldwide in the lease negotiations.
