NEW YORK CITY-SiriusXM, the satellite radio operator that is home to Howard Stern and Opie and Anthony, will stay put at two signature Manhattan office properties.

The company, helmed by Mel Karmazin, will occupy 130,000 square feet of space at 1221 Ave. of the Americas and 85,923 square feet at 5 Penn Plaza. The Rockefeller Group owns 1221 Avenue of the Americas, while 5 Penn Plaza is owned by 5 Penn Plaza LLC.

According to the New York Post, the station will occupy floors 19, 36 and 37 at Rockefeller Center. At the Penn Plaza building, it will occupy floors 11 and 22. A team from Studley represented the station in both lease transactions. The Rockefeller Group was represented in-house and CBRE represented the landlord in the Penn Plaza deal.
