PHILADELPHIA-Colliers International has named Joseph Fetterman as executive vice president of strategic initiatives to expand the firm’s services in eastern Pennsylvania and Delaware.

Fetterman, a 30-year veteran in various aspects of commercial real estate, initially will be responsible for managing and developing Colliers' office agency and distressed real estate initiatives.

“The appointment of Joe Fetterman in this new role reflects Colliers' continued commitment to an expanded leadership team working together to build for the future,” said Rob Steinhart, senior executive vice president of Colliers International in Philadelphia.

Previously, Fetterman had served as a senior vice president at Jones Lang LaSalle, where he was principally responsible for the firm's regional health care, higher education and public institutions businesses. He joined JLL upon its acquisition of the Staubach Co., where he was a principal and co-led the establishment of Staubach's Philadelphia regional operation.

“We are very fortunate to have someone of Joe's caliber join our team,” said Doug Sayer, CEO of Colliers International in Philadelphia. “He will play an integral role in the growth of our market presence. His expertise and insight will be invaluable in integrating these efforts with Colliers' global, national and regional strategic initiatives.”
