Specialized Real Estate Plans 1,232-bed Student Housing

HOUSTON-The multifamily developer is set to work with the University of Arkansas.

HOUSTON-Sterling University Housing has teamed up with the Northwest Arkansas-based Specialized Real Estate Group to build two new, green, student housing developments at the University of Arkansas’ Fayetteville campus. According to a recent statement, the new buildings will contain a total of 1,232 bedrooms and the first property will be open for students to coincide with the 2013-14 academic year. It is anticipated that the second phase of development will be open to students by 2014-15.
