PARAMUS, NJ-The Emil Buehler Trust Fund has named NAI James E. Hanson to manage a 245,000-square-foot, five-property retail and office portfolio along Route 17 here.
The properties are: 60 Route 17 North, with 75,000 square feet of retail including DSW, PetSmart and Staples; 321 Route 17 South, a 40,000-square-foot PC Richard; 289-295 Route 17 South, a 57,000-square-foot retail site previously occupied by Einstein Moomjy; 311 Route 17 South, with 10,000 square feet of retail and 9,900-square feet of office space; and 305 Route 17 South, with 35,000 square feet of office space and 22,000 square feet of retail.
“Route 17 in Paramus is one of the most highly traveled roads in all of New Jersey and this portfolio contains a number of quite visible sites,” says Bill Hanson, president of NAI James E. Hanson, in the announcement. “The Hanson Property Management Team is expert at handling the diverse needs of this impressive portfolio.”
Asking retail rents along the Route 17 corridor range from $12 per square foot to $35 per square foot according to current LoopNet listings. Office rents along the road range from $16.75 per square foot to $55 per square foot.
