NAI Hanson to Manage Five-Property Portfolio

PARAMUS, NJ-The properties, all located on Route 17, consist of big-box retail, with one location including office space.

PARAMUS, NJ-The Emil Buehler Trust Fund has named NAI James E. Hanson to manage a 245,000-square-foot, five-property retail and office portfolio along Route 17 here.

The properties are: 60 Route 17 North, with 75,000 square feet of retail including DSW, PetSmart and Staples; 321 Route 17 South, a 40,000-square-foot PC Richard; 289-295 Route 17 South, a 57,000-square-foot retail site previously occupied by Einstein Moomjy; 311 Route 17 South, with 10,000 square feet of retail and 9,900-square feet of office space; and 305 Route 17 South, with 35,000 square feet of office space and 22,000 square feet of retail.
