ORANGE COUNTY, CA-Marshall Reddick Real Estate Network has promoted Ross Nelson and Scott Pastel to its executive team. Nelson will be assuming the role of director of operations and Pastel was appointed as director of marketing.

GlobeSt.com learns that the promotions come as the firm continues undergoing its five-year restructure and positions itself for a growth initiative by securing new members and expanding its services. “We are seeking some of the most innovative professionals in the industry to add to our team to help facilitate new practices and procedures to educate the next generation of investors,” says Reddick, founder of the Marshall Reddick Real Estate Network. “The promotion of Nelson and Pastel to our executive team will allow us to focus on the education of the upcoming generation of investors, providing them with the tools and knowledge to assist them in making educated investment decisions.”

As the director of operations, Nelson will now be responsible for managing the investment groups, brokerages and real estate services relationships for the firm, as well as oversee investor transactions. Prior to joining the Marshall Reddick Real Estate Network, Nelson was the co-founder of Krochet Kids International.

“The Marshall Reddick Real Estate Network has promoted these professionals since they bring different backgrounds to real estate to help develop new tools and resources for outreach and business development of the firm,” Reddick adds. “Both Nelson and Pastel bring a dynamic background in real estate investing and an innovative outlook on how the firm can assist investors by implementing and utilizing new technology, which is one of the objectives for the firm since we underwent our restructure.”

With more than eight years of experience in the real estate industry, Pastel will be responsible for expanding the educational division through coordinating live workshops and educational seminars on topics ranging from “how to purchase your investment property” to education on real estate investment opportunities. As the director of marketing, he will also be responsible for the company marketing, as well as handle the development of current and future marketing initiatives to educate and update investors about the network.

The Marshall Reddick Real Estate Network is focusing on detached single-family residences with four units or less for investors. The properties they target are below the median home price in their respective markets, with monthly rents being one percent or more of the purchase price.
