WASHINGTON, DC-Commercial real estate transactions are back, and firms are starting to make deals again, says Lili Dunn, chief investment officer at Bell Partners, who says that her firm is upping its buying targets. She spoke at the recent RealShare Apartments East conference here with Sule Aygoren Carranza.
