Marcus & Millichap Arranges Sale of Hackensack Apartment Building

HACKENSACK, NJ-The multifamily market is still hot in northern New Jersey, says Marcus & Millichap. The 45-unit complex has fetched $4.9 million.

HACKENSACK, NJ-Marcus & Millichap Real Estate Investment Services has arranged sale of the Franklin Garden Apartments, a 45-unit rental complex built in 1968, to Hackensack Associates LP for $4.9 million

“The multifamily market in northern New Jersey is extremely hot, particularly Bergen County,” Thomas McConnell, associate director of the National Multi Housing Group in Marcus & Millichap’s New Jersey office, tells GlobeSt.com. McConnell and fellow associate director Kevin McCrann had the exclusive listing to market the Hackensack property for the seller, Franklin Apartments LLC, and also secured the buyer.
