ARLINGTON, VA-Crimson Partners and Bernstein Management Corp. have gained approval from Arlington County officials to develop an office building on Fairfax Drive and Quincy Street in the Rosslyn-Ballston corridor. They are planning to start construction around January 2013 on the 200,000-square-foot building and complete the work in early 2014.
Crimson and Bernstein are starting the $80-million project without signing up tenants. The nine-story building will come up at 3901 N. Fairfax Drive. Avison Young will market the space in the building. For the full story, go to Washington Business Journal .
