DENVER-Granite Properties has recently acquired two office buildings in Denver and Dallas. The company bought Plaza Tower One, a 468,885-square-foot property in Denver's Greenwood Plaza submarket.

The 22-story LEED Gold certified building was sold by Clarion Partners. In the second deal, Granite bought Cedar Maple Plaza, a 120,000-square-foot property in Uptown Dallas, from EOP/Blackstone. Plaza Tower One is currently 88% occupied and Cedar Maple Plaza is 93% occupied. CBRE Group Inc. represented Clarion Partners and Holliday Fenoglio Fowler LP represented EOP/Blackstone.
