ATLANTA-TIAA-CREF, a Manhattan-based financial services giant, is placing Prominence in Buckhead, an 18-story office tower in Atlanta, on the market. After losing Marsh & McLennan Cos., the anchor tenant, in 2010, TIAA-CREF and Equity Office Properties Trust have the property 95% occupied.
