PARAMUS, NJ-NAI James E. Hanson has been hired to oversee the leasing of a substantial portfolio of office and retail properties in Paramus, NJ, featuring two buildings previously leased by rug and furniture retailer Einstein Moomjy.

The NAI Hanson team of executive managing director Michael G. Walters, vice-president Ronald A. Fotiu and sales associate Jill Gordon will handle the leasing assignment on behalf of the portfolio owner, The Emil Buehler Trust Fund. NAI Hanson’s property management subsidiary had previously secured a 245,257-square-foot property management assignment for the Buehler portfolio, which consists of a total of 206,776 square feet of retail space and 38,481 square feet of office space.

The vacant properties are 289 Route 17 South, a 57,000-square-foot retail site, with divisible space; and 305 Route 17 South, which offers office space available as large as 20,000 square feet and as small as 2,500 square feet, as well as an additional retail unit of 22,000 square feet.
