NEW YORK CITY- An exclusive story by the New York Post this morning claims that the planned 200,000-square-foot lease by Chadbourne & Parke at One World Trade Center will not happen. The law firm has informed the owners of the building that it will not move to the new three-million-square-foot tower, according to the article.

Chadbourne is supposed to leave 300,000 square feet it currently occupied at 30 Rockefeller Plaza by 2014. Deloitte is moving into the space.

Almost half of One World Trade is pre-leased, not including the Chadbourne deal. The story can be read here.
