DAYTON, OH-The Dayton Development Coalition has signed a lease renewal deal for five years with Charlotte, North Carolina-based Bank of America NA for 13,300 square feet in Kettering Tower, a 500,000-square-foot property in downtown Dayton. The 30-story building is 64.5% occupied.
Dayton-based Thorn Lewis & Duncan Inc. also renewed its 7,900-square-foot lease in the building. Bank of America bought the building during a sheriff's sale for $10.8 million. Cassidy Turley is the leasing agent for Kettering Tower. For the full story, go to Dayton Business Journal .
