OLD BRIDGE, NJ-A leading software service provider, iCIMS, has relocated its headquarters to a 47,104-square-foot Class A building in Old Bridge, with the assistance of a team from CBRE.
In another recent data company move, Kroll Ontrack Inc. signed a lease for 11,000 square feet of new space in Secaucus, represented by Cushman & Wakefield. These moves to upgrade and expand space by fast-growing data management providers are following on Telx Data Center’s start on construction of a 100,000-square-foot center in Clifton to be completed by the end of the year.
CBRE represented iCIMS, a provider of web-based business solutions, in securing the lease at Parkway 120, 90 Matawan Road in Old Bridge. The company is moving from Hazlet.
