ALBANY, NY-Bruce Tanski, a real estate developer, will break ground on an $8-million apartment project in Scotia, New York. The property, located at 49 Mohawk Ave., is currently occupied by the Scotia Diner, which has time till the end of this month to empty the property.

Two adjacent structures have already been torn down to make way for Scotia Apartments, a 51-unit building. Tanski's construction company will build the apartments and B.A. Construction Services LLC will manage the project. For the full story, go to The Business Review .
