NEW YORK CITY-Investment sales veteran Adelaide Polsinelli has decamped from her role at Marcus & Millichap for a senior director position at Eastern Consolidated, the firm’s president Daun Paris unveiled earlier this week.

In her new position, Polsinelli will be teaming up with Eastern’s new associate director Robert Khodadadian on off-market and on-market deals, note sales, joint ventures and debt and equity placement. Previously, Polsinelli served as associate vice president of investments at M&M for four years, while Khodadadian was the founder and CEO Skyline Properties.

In an e-mail sent to business contacts, Polsinelli says Eastern provides a “creative platform” that ensures the “greatest opportunity” for clients. “With over thirty years in the business, Eastern has proven its market expertise and deal making skills in every market situation,” she wrote.

During her 25 years in the business, Polsinelli has sold over 800 properties, totaling over $4 billion in sales in every asset class from multifamily, retail and office, to retail condos, loans, note sales, hotels, development and garages, according to a statement.

Among her many achievements, she is known for noteworthy transactions such as the Children’s Wear office building in Midtown, the Stefano Ricci retail flagship on Park Avenue, the Knitting Factory in TriBeCa, Le Figaro Caf
