Polsinelli Decamps from Marcus & Millichap, Joins Eastern Consolidated

NEW YORK CITY-The investment sales veteran known for deals like the Dylan Hotel on 41st Street and Eastbridge Landing on 34th Street has joined Eastern’s team after serving several years with Marcus & Millichap.

NEW YORK CITY-Investment sales veteran Adelaide Polsinelli has decamped from her role at Marcus & Millichap for a senior director position at Eastern Consolidated, the firm’s president Daun Paris unveiled earlier this week.

In her new position, Polsinelli will be teaming up with Eastern’s new associate director Robert Khodadadian on off-market and on-market deals, note sales, joint ventures and debt and equity placement. Previously, Polsinelli served as associate vice president of investments at M&M for four years, while Khodadadian was the founder and CEO Skyline Properties.
