HOUSTON-Holliday Fenoglio co-founders Harold E. (Hal) Holliday and John T. Fenoglio have joined CBRE along with top producers from that firm David M. Aaronson and James M. Richards, Jr. The four come aboard as EVPs, serving the debt and equity finance needs of clients in the area.
When HF was acquired by AMRESCO in 1994, Holliday worked to grow that company’s commercial mortgage banking business. His colleague, Fenoglio retired from HF in 1998 and became a principal at Live Oak Capital. Holliday joined him two years later, when AMRESCO went to Lend Lease.
Additionally, Aaronson also worked at HF and his responsibilities included debt originations, joint venture and equity placement, investment sales and investor relations, CBRE says. Finally, Richards was also part of the team and worked with the Houston office of HF for 15 years.
“Hal, John, David and Jim are more than industry leaders, they define a culture of collaboration and excellence that lenders and borrowers have appreciated greatly,” says Brian Stoffers, president, CBRE debt & equity finance, in a statement. “Their decision to join CBRE is a powerful testament to our ability to continuously enhance our client service platform.”
