MIAMI—Blanca Commercial Real Estate just inked another exclusive leasing assignment. Blanca will take over leasing for Town Center One, a 210,992-square-foot, 24-story, class A office building in Miami-Dade County’s Downtown Dadeland/Kendall market.
Approximately 98,000 square feet of space is available for lease, including 52,000 square feet on three contiguous floors, which ranks among the largest blocks of available class A space outside the Miami Central Business District. An additional full floor in the same elevator bank is also available for lease.
“The fact that Dadeland is now going to be connected to the airport might expand the tenant base interested in Town Center One,” Tere Blanca, CEO of Blanca Commercial Real Estate, tells GlobeSt.com.
