NORTH MIAMI BEACH, FL-CJUF III Intracostal, a subsidiary of Los Angeles-based Canyon Johnson Realty Advisors, has taken control of the Intracoastal Mall, a 328,886-square-foot property in North Miami Beach. Woolbright Development has given up the property to CJUF III Intracostal in a $59.8-million deed in lieu of foreclosure.

Bank of America originally issued the loan, which was later purchased by Canyon Johnson. Current occupiers in the Intracoastal Mall include Duffy's, Dollar Tree, Old Navy, Winn-Dixie and a movie theater. For the full story, go to South Florida Business Journal .
