WOODRIDGE, NJ-Colliers International's New Jersey office represented a nearly century-old law firm in arranging a 52,723-square-foot lease to keep its offices at 99 Wood Avenue South in the Iselin section of Woodbridge.

The firm, Greenbaum Rowe Smith & Davis focuses on mid-market transactions for large regional, national and multi-national clients doing business in New Jersey.

“Greenbaum Rowe Smith & Davis renewed at their present location because it continues to fulfill their operational needs and is in an ideal central locale for the clients they serve,” says Douglas Rowe, a managing director with Colliers who, along with Jackie Witmondt from Associated Realty, represented the law firm in negotiating the new lease.

The Corporate Metro Center is a 267,344-square-foot Class A building in close proximity to the Garden State Parkway, the MetroPark Train Station and walking distance to the Woodbridge Hilton. Other amenities include on-site security and a full-service cafeteria.

Other tenants in the building include Ernst & Young and Raymond James Financial. Ed Duenas, of Cushman & Wakefield, represented the landlord, Cornerstone Real Estate Advisors, in the transaction.
